I was very impressed with the excellent job they did cleaning my carpet. There was a certain spot in the hallway where my dog has unfortunately been peeing and I had tried my own carpet cleaning machine and other carpet cleaning services and nothing was working. Reel Xtreme Steam was able to clean and deodorize everything! All my carpet also looks new again. I highly recommend giving them a call. I will definitely use them again.

Just want to give a shout-out to this company.I live in Florida and researched pressure washing in southeast Texas where my disabled sister lives.I contacted him via his website and he called me back the same day.Gave me a quote and a date for work to be done within a week.Polite and professional with an attitude of taking care of what I needed done.The work he did is top notch.It’s refreshing to have someone care and take great care of us as a customer.Highly recommend.

We were able to easily book through the online platform and received top notch service the very same day. He called ahead of time to verify, and arrived on time. Very professional and timely and truly cared about our home. He took extra care to protect our floors and walls with mats and corner protectors. He was was fast and efficient but not rushed. We were just moving into our home and he was able to remove stains we didn't think would come out. He made our home feel brand new again. Will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend.

This is the first time to use this company. They cleaned 2 rooms of carpet and a runner in the hallway. He was very fast and efficient. He was done in less than an hour and gave very good instructions to my elderly client about dry time.Thank youHighly recommend!

This is my first time to use this company and I am very pleased with their service. My carpets are truly clean and they dried so quickly. That’s never happened before. Usually they are soaked for about 2 days after I have them cleaned. Also, they ARE clean. After they dried they remained spot free. Very happy with this company.

Love these guys! They showed up the same day I called, were very communicative the entire time, and provided before and after pictures through the whole process. Price was great, as well as, the service. All three rooms looked incredible after they finished and all the stains were gone!

Just got my tile floors and carpet all cleaned in my house and they look fantastic. Some of the stains have been there for years and they came right up. Also got my patio and the under trim around my house pressure washed and it looks great. Great customer service and very reasonable on price. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Great job! Carpet is like new. Some places in the carpet were trampled on a lot and Reel Xtreme Steam managed to get those places back to like new thickness. They were able to get 10+ year old stains out. Highly recommend RXS for the service and price.
